REFLECTOR: NO Velocity Insurance?

I can see the problem. Insurance is basically gambling.  If you have a big
enough pool to spread the risk around, it's easy to offer low prices. But
when you have a relatively small pool...

I suppose that insuring experimental aircraft isn't very profitable. If it
was, there would be a ton of companies offering it. :-(
