REFLECTOR: Fixed gear blow out - info

Oh, yes, I did inspect the tire on pre-flight and it looked as it did during the conditional inspection.  The tube was new, being installed last week following a slow leak.  I think I picked up something during taxi test that gave the  slow leak. There is quite a bit of construction currently at the airport.  Also, tire pressure was verified on all tires when the tube was replaced last week.
