REFLECTOR: Canard angle of incidence

Sorry, I'm not sure I follow you.  The book is from the factory and the
incidence gauge is from the factory.

Here's what I think I understand.

The canard should be at a +.35 degree incidence. The gauge from the factory
has a -.35 degress offset. So when the canard is set with the correct
incidence, the top of the gauge will show level.
