REFLECTOR: "Stuck" Franklin

I just got my lycoming going after sitting for 5 years. If you figure out that stuck motor. You likely should also re-build the furl pump on the engine too.  My motor would shut down immediately when I shut off the boost pump. Things dry out in that motor driven fuel pump when sitting around.
Hope the motor frees up cheaply.
