REFLECTOR: Hinge gap

Don't forget to leave room for primer & paint!
Don't ask me how I know that ;)
I rounded the aft/outer edge of the tip sail so that the rudder wouldn't bind or chip the paint when fully deployed.
Note: i have almost 5" of rudder travel.
