REFLECTOR: i pad / radio noise

Okay, if your noise is really voltage spikes, either due to an 
oscillating voltage regulator, or a buck/boost converter, then you can 
use this:

I have used this brand before, but with the through hole PC board 
mount.  I used it on both sides of a buck/boost converter to keep it 
from making noise on the mains, as well as to smooth out power to the 
embedded devices it was feeding.
