REFLECTOR: Performance

Similar but I think more like 45 degree back.  Another choice with its own problem but a consideration would be recessed groove in the lower cowl lined with stainless and carbon so the pipes exit outside into the groove parallel to the cowl for 2 or three inches.  Slight fairing upwind to promote a vacuum and allow the exit to be small enough to get the cowl off. Just musing.  Everything has negatives but a thought.  😎
