REFLECTOR: Thrustline change

On a conventional aircraft, in order to lower the nose, you must increase
the lift generated by the elevator/aft wing, therefore increasing drag. The
opposite is true for a forward wing/elevator. Decreased lift lowers the
nose and less drag.
