REFLECTOR: TE crankcase vent.

What is this "augmenter" that you refer to?

My A&P doesn't like air/oil separators because he says that take oil with
high amounts of acid and dump it back into the engine.

And I gave up on the auto-aircraft engine comparison. Auto engines (that go
+100,000 miles) rarely are run at 100% power and typically cruise at 25%.
Aircraft engines are running at 100% at every takeoff and typically cruise
at 75%. A better comparison would be to NASCAR engines... that probably get
overhauled after every race. :-)
