REFLECTOR: Starter contactor

For a traditional battery, there's not much weight difference between 12v
and 24v batteries. 12v batteries are typically cheaper too.

But once you move into the gel cells, Odyssey, Powersonic, etc. then you
can see some real weight savings.

For the amount of wire in our planes, there's not a huge total gain in the
weight savings in the wiring by going with a 24v system.
