REFLECTOR: What screw did you use to attach the weights on the elevator ?

Hello all,

 

I have been looking into attaching the counterweights onto the outboard
elevators. However, the screws (MS24694S-59) as suggested in the manual do
not fit. They seem too long and too thin to fit in my case. Do you all have
the same experience ? How did you all fit the weights onto the elevator ?
