REFLECTOR: Re-Attaching Bottom winglets

As for aesthetics, the current lower winglet has the appearance of being
part (an extension, if you will) of the upper winglet. While a thinner
lower winglet would offer less drag, I think it would look out of place.

Just my opinion.
