That happened to me as well. I heard a noise (back when I had hearing!) when taxiing and found one of the bolts had backed out, causing interference. I also safety tied them and have not had any further problems.

I just replaced my brake liners last week after 5-1/2 years of flying. I
remember teaching myself how to safety wire on these same bolts. Here is a
picture I took the first time I did it. It took 2 or 3 tries to get it to
look this nice. Well worth the time.

OK, that makes sense. I forgot about them but safety wire would prevent
locking up the wheel like you experienced. I have never heard of this
happening to anyone else. You have to be wondering, "Why me". If that had
happened at touch down it would have been real serious. I am going to check
my bolts before next flight.
