REFLECTOR: Gascolator requirements in Canada

I have screens in my strake tanks  then like you I have a large gascolator fed by both tanks at the lowest point in my fuel system.  The screen is just not removable.  Couldn't one place a removable finger screen in the bottom of the sump.
