Just got my Insurance Policy (Underwritten by BrittPaulk-Star Insurance
Company).

It took almost a year of unanswered calls, half quotes, etc, before I met
Richard Packer at OSH (He owns the beautiful Stearman that is always parked
across from the Vintage hanger)
We were hanging and talking and it turns out he owns "Packer and
Associates" Aviation Insurance.

I have "not in motion" coverage (Builder's insurance):
Stated (Current) hull value $80000 with $1000000 liability
