REFLECTOR: Flying Magazine - 2009 Velocity accident

I read the article. Seemed pretty reasonable. He simply speculated that a sharp pitch up response by the pilot may have been enough to throw the main wing into stall. Whereas normally the canard would stall and drop the nose, he suggested that an aggressive pitch up may have provided enough inertial momentum to pivot the plane into an attitude that would have resulted in a deep stall.

The plane lost a prop blade and this author believes the pilot mistook the violent shaking to be flutter, pulled abruptly on the stick, put the plane into a deep stall, and had no way to use engine power to break the stall.
