Lou,

Any epoxy can go off just be careful when you mix it and give it the proper respect it is due. If you think it is going to go off on you, mix in Flox, Cabo, or Micro and spread it out.  You might just save it.

You should see in boat making the hot batches they mix in 5 gallon buckets and spread with brooms as they lay the hull out. It would make you cringe!
