REFLECTOR: Conditional Inspection Checklist

All,
I am having my A&P IA friend go through this years conditional inspection. I thought I had a Word Doc or PDF with the Conditional Inspection Checklist for an XLFG, but can't seem to locate it. Anyone mind posting up an XL Conditional Inspection Checklist. I tried Brett's site and was not allowed to download his for some reason, it was a generic FAA form. I'm looking for the XL specific CS checklist.
