REFLECTOR: Flight testing

Mine too. It will idle at 500 rpms fine when it's just sitting on the ramp.

Maybe the throttle is set at 400 rpms while landing, but the tack shows 500 
rpms because wind is pushing the propeller? I think that's probably it.
