Vance Atkinson- He is somewhere on the reflector, he makes high quality gauges for Velocity, Cozy, and Long EZ uses a Clear plastic front half with a thermoformed bubble in it, and a white plastic back panel, very nice units. I have a telephone for him of 817 354 8064

I didn’t even bother to put in electronic fuel gauges- never seen an installation that would give truly accurate info anyway. I have just a nice pair of Atkinson lighted sight gauges- pretty tough to make them read wrong

I have the resistance fuel sending units and I am very tired of the undependable gauges. So, I am going to put in Sight Gauges. I had to replace the sending units----I do not know why they went out, but even after that I have absolutely no faith in the fuel gauges.

Nicely done! Unfortunately it is a bit late for me, but nice idea.

Hi All,

I've been doing some experimenting / fabricating with getting my fuel sending units installed in my SERG. I wanted to come up with a means of flush fitting them inside the fuselage and I came up with this, please see attached picture.

I made a mold for this part so I could replicated it for both sides which gives the added benefit of being able to reproduce them reasonably easily. I wanted to see if anybody in the Velocity community would be interested in a set. I'm not sure how long it would take for me to fabricate a set and I haven't really settled on a price yet. I was hoping to gauge demand here. If you're interested, please feel free to drop me an email offline at: peter.braswell at gmail.com.
