REFLECTOR: Engine top-end rebuild, powder coating parts

John,

Yes, there were some bits that just wouldn't come off.  I took a dental
pick to some of them, but some little bits of crap had become part of the
valve cover so I left them on.  They seemed to coat ok and were covered
with powder coating, tho.
