REFLECTOR: Engine top-end rebuild, powder coating parts

Yes, that does look easy, and fun too.  It looked like there was a 
little dirt or old paint around the attach holes in the "before" 
pictures.  Does that matter?  Also, can this process be used to apply a 
ceramic coating to exhaust systems?
