REFLECTOR: Obtaining Repairmans Certificate -- update

I spoke to the EAA today regarding my aircraft re-registration, and also 
asked about the repairmans certification.

He said that I should have no problem.  The intent of the regulation is 
that I get the certificate before signing off my own annual inspection.
