REFLECTOR: Engine Controls in Instrument Panel

I have a small control panel on the left for the engine controls (throttle, prop & mixture). It attaches to the panel with 4 bolts. I have a small one on the right for the dual throttle. Then to remove them, take out the bolts and leave the controls in place.
