REFLECTOR: FG Nosewheel Shimmy

That's how I balance mine.  I don't spin it fast, just give it a little 
spin and see where it settles.  Then I temporarily tape weights to the 
rim at the top side and keep adjusting the weight until it quits 
stopping at one location.  Then I silicone the weight.
