REFLECTOR: Engine back together

Thanks, Grover, Scott, Larry.  Coating one surface and laying the thread 
on is what Penn Yan Aero showed me (for Lycoming).  My Franklin manual 
calls for just coating the thread as Grover mentioned.  Looks like it's 
time for a coin toss.
