Cross linker is no longer available  from the manufacturer they said .

watch your humidity, I had a nightmare event with smooth prime years ago that the dealer said was caused by high humidity and not getting the prime truly dry before top coat.

  Yes, I heard the same thing. I used the smooth prime without the crosslink additive and seems to work just as good.

  I have some old UV Smooth prime and the cross linker has gone bad. I called the factory 

  and was told that the cross linker is no longer used with the UV smooth prime. I was told the

  formula is the same just they no longer use the cross linker. Sound questionable to me

  any on else heard this?
