REFLECTOR: Smooth prime

I painted smooth prime on my back of my strakes (main spar) and firewall
sans Xlinker. A lot of it peeled off (in big patches) so I never did that
again. Last time I called they told me I don't need Xlinker. I mentioned
the peeling and they sent me some Xlinker. The paint itself lasts almost
forever (can be thinned with water) but I won't paint without the Xlinker.
