REFLECTOR: SERG Nose Tire

Do the SERG drivers realize that the shin tire maximum rated load is 305
pounds.
The Carlisle tire is rated at 380 pounds. I usually fly with a
pilot/co-pilot load of 360 Lbs.
When landing, put those nose wheel down gently, not a lot of margin there.
