REFLECTOR: Weldon pump frozen

Google Weldon pumps...several outfits will rebuild them.  I had to do this.
You could tap it a few times...I would consider  a slightly bigger breaker
only to see what happens in a controlled test regards the pump unstick.

I've got the weldon fuel pump and it appears frozen and snaps the breaker.
Anyone have any experience with this? I seem to remember someone saying to
hit it with a hammer to see if it breaks free?
