FWIW ... The Piper Seneca used a 45,000 BTU combustion heater.  It burns
100LL so you don't have to worry about an aux fuel tank for the heater ...
and all the possible gremlins it might bring.

It has been developed, tested and working for years in a production
aircraft.

If you are seriously looking at adding a combustion type heater, you might
want to look at something that has already been done.

I'm squeamish on the idea of a combustion heater and would not put one in my
plane.
