John,
Would this also allow you to keep air flowing into the cooler while on the
ground on a hot day? If that were the case then you kill to birds with one
stone!

This 3rd pic is of the blower which sits on top and partly inboard of
the naca. The blower is a 3" bilge blower. Even though the door is a
close fit, a lot of air escapes by it because there is a lot of
resistance going through the cooler. That may be the reason others
aren't getting enough heat with the blowers. A perfect seal is needed
to get all the air to go through the cooler.
