REFLECTOR: Cabin Heat

Warming the cabin in cold climate conditions has always been a
challenge. Sealing air leaks helps the most. Blocking the oil cooler
presents complications with engine oil cooling. Suggest looking into a
12volt electric heater (see camping/RV supply stores) might be a good
option. A 12v hair dryer does a great job and can be ducted to provide
windscreen defrost. A few Velocity owners who live in cold climates
have devised a recirculating cabin air system that channels air through
an auxiliary oil cooler.
