REFLECTOR: IO-360 / Remove Slick Mag Suggestion

On my Franklin there is not enough room to remove the screws that hold 
the cap.  I had to first remove the mag by pulling it back as far as it 
would go and tilting it up.  Then I could remove the cap screws.
