REFLECTOR: Insurance Claims Experience?

Hi all,
I had a prop strike claim (Dave Dent taxiing in work ups to flying bird to Texas) and nose gear bent strut claim (from shimmy: yes shimmy in nosewheel is serious). These two claims were about $13,000 total, I had two separate deductions of $500 I think. I was covered by Chartis via Skysmith and all was very smooth. Required the normal documentation and then paid very fast. Highly recommend Chartis and Skysmith.
My premiums actually went -down- the following year. Skysmith said rates had fallen.
