5 hours in an Arrow is a good thing.  Along with 5 hours in any other
airplane you can get your hands on.  For test flying, you should to target
having recent experience in as many different kinds of airplanes as you
can... your airplane will feel different than any other, and you should be
comfortable flying airplanes that feel different (and have different panel
layouts, different systems, etc.).  You can't have too much recent
experience...
