REFLECTOR: Builders map

The map was/is a link on the home page at www.tvbf.org which took you into
frappr.com although all you get now is a broken link announcement.  I used
to look at it quite often when I was still deciding whether to go down the
Velo path.  Whoever maintained the tvbf.org site should know what happened
to it.
