REFLECTOR: IO-540J4A5 on XLFG-5

The engine with no issues should be fine. Anywhere besides sea level you have more horsepower than any 260hp 540 anyway with the turbo  Just watch the weight of the engine. 

A FG will be light overall too which will help.
