I put some small bolsters on my factory seats, but had to modify the keel to
get them to fit/slide

I've heard of some guys using heated auto seats, so it's possible. Measure
carefully, Lou. I have to SQUEEZE both of my front seats into the space. I
still have to drill new holes to get the copilot seat in. Door won't close
on the right side because the seat bottom frame is hitting the bottom of the
door.

I fly an older model SEFG, 1989. My front seats are getting a little worn
looking and I am thinking about upgrading. I know I can purchase seats from
Velocity but they seem pretty expensive. I was wondering if anyone has ever
used automotive seats and if so what model and year. I have measured the
width between my keel and side of fuselage and it appears to be quite
narrow. Any suggestions?
