REFLECTOR: Engine air intake

Here's a picture showing my intake. The small scoop below the lower
cowl. The air filter(cone style) is in the front part of the scoop. The
scoop is split, for and aft, so once the aft portion of the scoop is
removed(5 screws), the cowl can come off with the front portion of the
scoop remaining on the airplane.
The scoop was sized for an IO520 at 2700 rpm having 0 pressure at 100
knots. Any faster and there should be an increase in manifold pressure
relative to the increase in speed. Any slower and its acting as a
regular intake.
