REFLECTOR: Adjusting wing incidence

Thanks all for the responses on this and thanks too for pointing out the
obvious!  :)  I think sometimes focussing in on the details it's hard to
pull back and look at the big picture.  Makes sense that the wings would
want to rotate up given my current point of the build and given the weight
of the wing and the winglet.  Onward then ....
