REFLECTOR: Continental injection

I am working though a problem on N832AB. It is a 173LW with a Franklin engine and Continental injection. What I am trying to find out is what fuel pressure settings to start with. The idle is now set at 12psi but the high side will not adjust any higher than 18 psi. Judging by the TCM service bulletin, it would seem that I should be seeing around 24-29psi. Does anyone have experience with this combination? What settings work on a Frankiln?
