REFLECTOR: V-twin starting development again?

Fuselage built minus tail section and strakes.  Waiting on engines and
propeller to arrive before we can proceed with strakes.

share with us? The headline just says "Under Development." Is the factory
working with a buyer to finish the design and build a prototype?
