REFLECTOR: Oil line NACA?

Scott, 

You should close up that vent and just install an A/C.  I know a fellow who would love to help you out with this....he has already helped out the factory, IIRC.  Of course, we got my SEAMECH A/C working great the day before the temperature dropped....sigh ;-)....now, just to fly the darn thing.........

No thats a fresh air inlet for the left side back seat.  There is a
matching one on the right side.
