REFLECTOR: Brake Fluid Type problem/ Thanks.

Hi,
I wanted to thank everyone for their help.
Here is what I found.

1) I called Matco - said hard to tell but signs would be brakes starting 
to leak or brake starting to 'drag'.
2) Basted the fluid out of the reservoir and kept it in a tub.
     - discovered that the fluids don't mix and settle out like (oil and 
water).
     - Also found that the DOT 5 is heavier and sinks, DOT 3 "floats"
3) Ordered a bleeding kit that will allow me to "push" from the bottom 
brake up to the reservoir allowing any possible dot3 in the upper line 
to be pushed back into the reservoir and basted out.
( or that's the plan).
