REFLECTOR: ELT installation

I have an Artex G406 installed to a small AL ground plane inside the plane
behind my false bulkhead, and I happen to know it works, for what it's
worth.  I've been upgrading my panel and electrical system over the winter,
and apparently when I disconnected the manual switch up front from the ELT
it activated automatically.  I was inside a closed metal hangar, and within
seconds it had hit the satellite and the Air Force was ringing every phone
I own.  Not a recommended test, but good to know.
