REFLECTOR: Franklin Will not turnover when hot

Rene,

You have good points.  I have a scoop that is similar to Larry's (as
best I can tell from the picture).  I was concerned about the effect on
downdraft cooling as well, so I cut an opening in the lower cowl just
behind the oil pan to let the air out.  I believe others have done this
also.
