REFLECTOR: Gear Warning System

Mike,

I have the 2037 and I love it. The ground proximity sensor gives at least 300 feet of warning and feeds into the audio panel. I also have an airspeed switch that sounds the alarm below 85 kts and a throttle switch that trips around 1500 rpm. Any one of the three will get your immediate attention. The sensor is mounted under the right rear seat in a hole in the floor so most of the unit is inside. Only about 1/2" hangs out the bottom.

I wouldn't fly without it.
Darrell
