REFLECTOR: Side stick conversion

Dan,

I'm installing the side stick conversion in my XLFG. So far so good.  
You really need all the parts before you can get very far with the  
installation; side stick, center console, outer panel trim and  
throttle quadrant. I'm waiting on Vero Beach Avionics to complete my  
panel (new style) so I can finish the installation. I would be glad to  
share pictures with you when I have some.
