REFLECTOR: Empty W&B

Kevin,

The thread was getting too long, so I'll start a new one.

Velocity Elite RG with Franklin engine IVO prop. All interior , full panel
and paint.
Empty weight = 1452
CG = 127
When flying alone (160lbs) I have to carry  (3) 25 lbs lead shot pouches in
the Copilot foot area.
this brings my CG to 119.4.
